Designed specifically for high-performing leaders, founders, and professionals, this 5-day, 4-night experience blends the serenity of a wellness retreat with the structure of a transformational workshop. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded peers who share your ambition—and your desire to lead with greater clarity, purpose, and presence.

Through daily yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, paired with a custom leadership curriculum, you’ll reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and uncover tools to integrate wellness into the way you live and lead. Each session is intentionally designed to help you translate practices like meditation, movement, and self-inquiry into practical strategies for long-term success.

Sanam Mohan
Sanam is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and mindfulness guide based in New York City. With a background in strategy and leadership consulting, she blends modern mindfulness practices with ancient yogic philosophy to help high-achievers cultivate balance, clarity, and resilience. She is the founder of GoWithin Yoga, a modern wellness company designed to support high-performing leaders through intentional movement, mindfulness, and in-person experiences. As a Strategy Lead at a high-growth startup, she brings a deep understanding of leadership and performance into her work.

Courtney Fletcher, E-RYT 500

Courtney Fletcher, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Reiki Master

Courtney is the Founder of and Lead Facilitator at Inner Sea Yoga Academy in Costa Rica and has trained yoga teachers worldwide. Courtney is an ex-gymnast and 18-year yogi trained in India, whose practice draws from hatha, kundalini, and vinyasa. Her heart-centered approach emphasizes self-love, nature, and service, helping students connect to the light within. After recovering from spinal surgery, she discovered yoga’s transformative power, eventually founding Kids’ Foundation for Uniting Nations, an NGO inspiring children to initiate positive change.

1. What is the daily schedule like?

Each day is intentionally structured to balance restoration with personal and professional growth.

While there may be slight variations in timing and activities, this reflects the typical flow of the retreat. The first and last days will feature a special opening and closing ceremony, respectively.

  • 1:00–4:00 PM – Free Time (spa, pool, nature, rest)

2. Where do I fly into?

Fly into San José International Airport (SJO). A private shuttle will be arranged to take you directly to the retreat center (Mandala), approximately a 3.5–4 hour scenic drive.

3. Where is the retreat located?

Mandala is located in Ojochal, a tranquil town on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Known for its pristine beaches, jungle hikes, and healing natural energy, it's the ideal environment to unplug, reset, and reflect.

4. What’s included in the retreat?

Your all-inclusive experience covers:

  • 5 days / 4 nights in luxury accommodations

  • 3 gourmet farm-to-table meals daily

  • Transportation to/from SJO Airport

  • Daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork

  • 2 guided nature excursions (waterfalls + beach)

  • Full leadership workshop curriculum

  • Free time for spa, pool, and relaxation

  • Use of retreat amenities (saltwater pool, yoga shala, jungle trails, meditation deck)

All you need is your flight—everything else is taken care of.

5. What should I bring?

  • Light, breathable clothing for tropical weather

  • Comfortable clothes for yoga/movement

  • Swimsuit

  • Journal or notebook

  • A refillable water bottle

  • Any personal toiletries or medications you need

Yoga mats and props will be provided.

6. I’m not experienced with yoga or meditation—can I still join?

Absolutely. This retreat is designed for all levels, and every session includes modifications and guided support. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required—just a willingness to be present and curious.

7. What type of food will be served?

You’ll enjoy 3 nourishing farm-to-table meals daily, focused on whole, seasonal, and local ingredients. All dietary needs—including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergies—can be accommodated with advance notice.

8. What is the cancellation policy?

To reserve your spot, a $1,000 deposit is required and non-refundable. All cancellation terms below apply to payments beyond the $1,000 deposit.

  • Cancel on or before December 29, 2025 (30 days before the retreat) – You’ll receive a full refund (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancel after Dec 29, 2025 (within 30 days of retreat) – All payments are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen changes.

9. Can I arrive early or stay longer?

Yes. Early arrival or extended stays are available at Mandala at a nightly rate. Just let us know and we’ll help you coordinate. While the full program is designed for 5 days/4 nights, you're welcome to join for a shorter stay if needed—just note that pricing remains fixed.

10. Is this retreat right for me?

This experience is designed for leaders, founders, executives, and high performers who are ready to:

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available, but we encourage digital detox as part of your retreat experience. Unplugging is optional—but highly recommended.

Can I bring a partner or colleague?

Yes, you're welcome to attend with a colleague, partner, or team member. Please contact us to inquire about group or duo accommodations.

Will there be free time?

Yes. Each day includes 3+ hours of free time for spa services, rest, reflection, or nature exploration. You’ll also have solo integration moments built into the curriculum.
