I offer one-on-one private yoga lessons as well as private group sessions (for 2 to 20 people), tailored to your skill level, goals, and preferences. Each session is designed with care, blending movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support your wellbeing.
All sessions are available as house calls—I’ll come to you. Whether it’s your living room, office, or rooftop, your space becomes the studio.
